The Management Team at P-tek Development Solutions have over 25 years experience in training and development. We provide you with bespoke proactive, motivational and interactive development solutions.
Established in 2003, P-tek’s business philosophy is based on the core understanding that commercial success is founded on a motivated and stable workforce, and that employees recognise an investment in training as a commitment to their future. P-tek also act as a service provider, linking corporate training needs to the most appropriate suppliers. The potential is enormous, effectively embracing the entire SME and large business community in the UK.
P-tek act as an interface between organisations that are planning their human resource development programmes. The expertise of P-tek ensures that a ‘one size fits all’ package is not mis-sold to the end user. We offer bespoke solutions, drawing on the most appropriate skills of a large base of approved suppliers, which are tailored to fit the clients exacting needs.
The business model is straightforward. P-tek act as the sales function for a broad range of specialist trainers who are able to deliver their service to the standard required by the Company.
P-tek is managed by Chris Barnard, an experienced and talented trainer with excellent man-management skills who learnt his craft whilst serving with the British Army. Chris has sound commercial values and the vision to see his company as a major UK player.
