Abbie Cullingford – Operations Manager

Abbie is one of the newest members to P-tek and joins us as a result of previously working in partnership with Chris and the team for nearly four years.

Abbie has three years experience as a trainer in a large insurance based Call Centre, responsible for the training and development of over 300 staff. During this time, she also worked extensively as a one-to-one and group Coach within the company.

Abbie has been responsible for the design and production of several training and coaching programs. These programs achieved tangible improvements in both the personal and professional development for all levels of staff within the business.

Having recently returned from a year long sabbatical, Abbie is now once again pursuing her passion for training; this time from a different perspective and is looking forward to embracing this new challenge.

Induction
Responsible for producing and delivering a 3 week induction program to over 300 new recruits within a large insurance based call centre.

On-going coaching
Worked as a coach within a large call centre on a one-to-one basis as well as through leading group coaching workshops. This brought about tangible improvements in staff performance and productivity, both in the short long term.

Sales & motivation
Delivered a customer focused program over a period of one month to approximately 300 staff.

Customer Service
Extensive experience as Supervisor on a busy call centre floor, dealing with customer queries and complaints, as well as assisting staff with all aspects of their day to day job roles.

1-2-1 performance management reviews
As Supervisor of a Coaching Department, Abbie was responsible for giving monthly 1-2-1’s to a team of coaches. This was aimed at providing feedback to each coach, improving their performance and setting personal goals, as well as objectives to achieve results from the staff who they were coaching.
