Chris and Lisa Barnard set up P-tek Development Solutions Ltd in April 2003. P-tek’s ethos is to provide innovative, high-impact, high-quality training solutions to help enable organisations to develop the full potential of their people.
The past 13 years has seen Chris working for some of the most successful insurance companies and insurance brokers in the country.
After serving in the armed forces for 19 years, he started his second career in sales and customer service and has held various management positions in customer service environments. Chris’ main areas of expertise are in the delivery of management development programs, sales & customer service excellence.
