Alison has over 15 years experience in Retail Management and Sales environments and is adept in training managers and sales staff.
Alison works with customer service and sales teams to help them build strong customer relationships, handle customers professionally and therefore increase sales. The current economic climate means that to remain successful we need to deliver the best customer service standards combined with consultative selling skills.
She found that she felt an immense sense of achievement to be an integral part of someone's growth and development, and especially to see them move onto their own promotion. That's when Alison made the move into training full time and now enjoys helping people get the best from themselves, so they feel proud of their achievements and a sense of self-worth.
