Lyn King

Lyn King has over 25 years experience in the field of Learning and Development in both the private and public sectors.  Local Government, Care Homes, IT Companies, Catering Teams, N.H.S., Primary Care Trusts etc.

She has a wealth of experience in a broad range of subject areas, offering Coaching and Facilitation interventions as well as Training. Lyn has lead services and organisations through Transition and Change and, has enjoyed her role as Organisation Development Manager in Local Government.  She spends much of her time now providing individual Coaching for Middle and Senior management and developing Teams.

Lyn’s practice is based on the constructs of Transactional Analysis (E.Berne), a framework which provides theories and techniques to establish positive behaviours, for excellent customer service and highly productive working relationships.  Using these tools Lyn helps to improve the Performance of Managers to get the best out of their staff.
