Lisa Barnard – Director

Lisa Barnard graduated in 1996 with a BA (Honours) degree in European Business and French. She then spent six years working for J. Sainsbury’s plc, where she managed a variety of departments, resulting in her running the customer service team.

Lisa left Sainsbury’s to pursue and develop a career within the financial services industry, and was employed as the customer service manager for Direct Motorline Ltd, a national motor insurance intermediary. She then spent the next 2 ½ years developing an award-winning customer services team.
In 2003, Direct Motorline Ltd then branched into a new direction and split into two separate companies.

Call Connection Ltd was formed, and Lisa was tasked with heading up the team responsible for the future strategy of this call transfer agency, which has well over 300 staff and an annual turnover of approximately £26 million.
Lisa has been on the senior management team at Call Connection for the past five years.

Whilst developing Call Connection, she also helped set up P-tek Development Solutions Ltd. Along with Chris, she is a board director and also has responsibility within P-tek as the company secretary and book-keeper. Her key role is to continuously assess and develop P-tek’s business strategy.
